How to use
Use for everyday cooking, tempering and baking. Also popular for hair oiling, baby massage and skin care — warm a small amount between your palms and massage in. For oil pulling, swish 1 tablespoon for 10–15 minutes on an empty stomach, then spit and rinse.
Storage & shelf life
Coconut oil sets solid below about 24°C and turns clear in summer — both are normal. Store the jar tightly closed in a cool, dark place with a dry spoon. Shelf life: 12 months from packing; refer to the best-before date on the label.
FAQ

What is the smoke point? Wood-pressed oils suit everyday and medium-heat cooking. For deep frying, mustard and groundnut oils handle higher heat better than delicate oils such as almond.

Why does my oil look cloudy or have sediment? Unrefined, minimally filtered oils can look cloudy and may settle natural particles. Coconut oil also solidifies below about 24°C. This is normal and a sign of minimal processing.

Is it safe for deep frying? Yes, for occasional use with mustard, groundnut or sesame oil. Avoid repeatedly reheating the same oil.

Is it lab-tested? Every batch is lab-tested. See the reports at Lab Reports.
